ENZYMAKS 1T/10L – Vegetarian Rennet Tablet for Home Cheesemaking

Each ENZYMAKS tablet coagulates 10 liters of milk; half a tablet works for 5 liters or less. Tablets are scored for easy division into 2–4 portions, making small-batch cheesemaking simple and precise.

Directions:

1. Prepare Milk: Heat fresh or pasteurized milk to ~35°C (95°F).

2. Add Rennet: Dissolve 1 tablet in ½ cup of cool, boiled water. Stir gently into milk for 2 minutes.

3. Set & Drain: Let milk coagulate 45–60 minutes, cut curds, drain whey, season, and refrigerate.
